Yes! MamaSign signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and are recognized in the UK, Canada, Australia, and most countries worldwide. We support standard electronic signatures suitable for the vast majority of business and personal documents. Qualified EU eIDAS (QES) signatures are planned — see our roadmap.

Yes. Every completed document is cryptographically sealed using a PKI digital signature embedded inside the PDF. Any edit to the PDF after signing breaks the seal and is detected by our Verify tool, so signed documents are tamper-evident.

Once a document is fully signed, open it from your /documents dashboard and click the Certificate button. You will get a branded PDF certificate showing document ID, each signer's details (name, email, IP, location, device), verification method, signing timestamps, and signature images — ideal for audit and compliance records.

You can sign virtually any document including contracts, agreements, NDAs, employment forms, rental agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and more. The only exceptions are documents that legally require wet signatures, such as wills, certain court documents, or specific government forms.

MamaSign offers three ways to create your signature inside the signing flow: 1) Draw it using your mouse or touchscreen, 2) Upload an image of your existing signature, or 3) Capture it instantly with your device camera. We also provide a standalone Signature Generator tool where you can type your name and choose from font styles.

Yes! You can send documents to multiple signers. Each signer receives an email invitation and can sign in their preferred order. You can track the status of each signature in real-time.

Every document signed with MamaSign includes a unique verification code and digital certificate. You can verify any document using our Verify tool by entering the verification code or uploading the signed PDF.
